The only fruit used to make this natural fruit wine is quince, which is manually harvested in Somerset orchards along the river Brue. The rose-like floral aroma and distinct tartness of the quince combine to create a truly unique, full-flavored beverage with a protracted fruity finish.
It pairs well with strong cheese or fatty meat because it is acidic and tart.
