Since the founding of Ibuki, a variation of this beer has been made every year (daughter of co founder Gaz and art director Meiko). Pomona Island Brew Co. employed a Kviek yeast to spice up the tropical aromas and let the yuzu high shine through for her 7th birthday. Kanpai!
