Buckwheat Honey with Golden Sour

Brewed in partnership with colleagues from Holy Goat Brewing, Varvar Brew, situated in Kiev, Ukraine.

This golden sour beer was made with Scottish barley, wheat, and oats and fermented with their Brettanomyces strain and mixed culture, which delivers citrus, stone fruit, and a developing funk.

This foundation beer is brewed with raw buckwheat honey, which gives the beer a mild earthy honeyed, jasmine flavour.
