Dominican Salted Chocolate


Dominican Republic is a country with a single origin. Dark chocolate with a 68 percent cocoa content with aromas of salted caramel and toasted hazelnuts. For 24 hours, the magnificent Maldon salt is crushed smooth within the chocolate, acting as a flavour indication to bring out the cacao’s inherent sweetness. The salt produces the ideal sweet-salty balance, making it wonderfully nuanced and delicious.
