Brutes Group Hug 750ml

A sparkling cider made from a 60/40 mixture of pears from Skane and apples from the Stockholm area (Signe Tillish + Akero). Perry and cider co-ferment. Initial reductive notes on the nose are soon followed by tropical notes and pear skin. On the palate, there are distinct notes of pear, some clove, and a hint of brett. Extremely juicy and not overly acidic. Perfect on its own, vegan burger or BBQ jackfruit make great pairings. Offer chilled.
