ARC (All Red Clouds)

The All Red Clouds (ARC) is Carnival Brewing Company’s first gluten-free beer, created in cooperation with First Chop in Eccles, the UK’s first gluten-free brewery.

For ARC, they wanted to make a hoppy American Crimson Ale with a caramel fragrance and red colour, utilising a variety of specialty malts including Red X. We then dry-hopped ARC twice with Simcoe, Centennial, and Chinook hops to give it a wonderful, resinous, piney flavour with a crisp finish.
